Being born in a Conservative Business Marvadi society, the one thing we can learn in life is, there is always a reason for a reason. And, this is also something I learnt at a very young age.

There is the reason why Aarth was founded. The reason is, I was hurt. I knew that maybe I was depressed and developed anxiety. This was totally killing me every single day. The reason for this reason was I didn’t have anyone to convey my discomforts with, someone whom I could say.

When I looked around me…

When I came across people, I could see that many people are in similar situation. Hence the theorem proved “there is a reason for a reason”. We generally ignore these factors and spend our lives without knowing the real reason for the things which are actually crucial to us.

There’s always a reason being the things are in a particular pattern around you.  A reason how you look at things. Why certain things turn up to be bad. Why things go out of control. For all these reasons, there is a reason which we need to discover.

Once you have found this reason, the next thing is to understand it and accept it. If you find out the cause and you don’t understand and accept it, then you might develop anxiety. You might never be able to collect yourself after that. It is like a vicious cycle.

Understand it yourself

The best way to accept this is to understand it yourself. Understand your mental state and your power to accept and understand your social ecosystem. Are you aware of the things that have hurt you? These things have somewhere become strong enough to destroy you. The acceptance of these things that makes you uncomfortable every single day is essential. It would be best if you went out of these on your own. No matter how much you ignore them, you need to prepare yourself and get ready to eliminate all the reasons that are stopping you from breaking your reason chain.

The other reason

When you try and find out answers to your reason, you also need to know how far you want to go to get the solutions. Sometimes, not finding answers to a few reasons can be better than knowing it all. It is necessary to put a full stop to finding answers to your reason. In the meanwhile, this finding of answers is a very stressful process, and one has to decide how much and until when you can keep up with your crusade.

To conclude, you must remember that there is a reason for a reason, an answer to every reason which can lead to another reason. However, it’s you who has to decide how far you need to continue on this treasure hunt.

At the end of the day, always remember, the person who wants to find out the reason, is more affected than the person who gives you the reason. You need to understand how long you want to buy the answers to reasons in your life. How long you want to stay into that vicious circle of the reasons? The more you keep looking for, the more you become uncertain. A precept to remember, “don’t dig so deep that instead of finding something and bring it out, you end up being inside with no way to come out.”
