We believe that mental health is as complex, personal and vital as physical health. Our objective is to build a mentally empowered society. We strive to understand mental discomforts from their core, listen to them and mutually develop activities for improvement of mental well-being. Organization, colleges, schools, families and other societies rely on individual capacities. On the other hand, the unique capabilities of people in these institutions depend on mental and physical well-being.
